Privacy Policy

LOG ("the App") is a local-first workout log. The workout records you enter are stored only on your device and are never sent to a server. There is no account or login, and we do not ask for your name, email, or contact details. However, anonymous usage statistics used to improve the App (section 2), feedback you write and send yourself in an in-app survey (section 3), and information needed to serve ads (section 4) are processed by the respective service providers.

1. Workout Records — Stored Only on Your Device

The workout records you enter (body parts, exercises, sets, weight, reps, notes, etc.) and the body weight you optionally enter are stored locally on your device. This data is never sent to any external service, including the developer's servers, and no one — including the developer — can access it.

However, if you have turned on a device backup provided by the operating system, such as iCloud Backup on iOS or Auto Backup on Android, these records are included in your own backup along with other app data. This is a feature of the operating system, not the App sending data; the backup is stored in your own account and the developer cannot access it. If you prefer, you can turn off backup in your device settings or exclude just this app from it.

2. Anonymous Usage Statistics

To understand which features are actually used and improve the App, we send minimal anonymous usage statistics to Amplitude (an analytics service).

3. In-App Survey — Feedback You Write and Send Yourself

Very rarely (once in a lifetime, when you have logged workouts on five days), the App asks how you would feel if you could no longer use it. Your multiple-choice answer is sent with the anonymous statistics in section 2, and anything you type in the following free-text box and send by tapping "Send" is stored with the database service Supabase (Seoul region).

4. Advertising

The workout statistics screen may display ads provided by Google Mobile Ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process your IP address (which may be used to estimate approximate location), ad and app interactions, diagnostic and performance information, and device or advertising identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. The App always requests non-personalized ads only and does not ask for consent to personalized ads. In regions where user consent is required to show ads (such as the European Economic Area and the UK), the App does not display ads. Non-personalized ads may still use identifiers for frequency capping and aggregated reporting. Workout records you enter are not included in ad requests. If you already made an ad consent choice in an earlier version, you can change or withdraw it at any time in Settings → About → Ad privacy settings.

5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processing

We do not sell data. The anonymous statistics in section 2 are processed by Amplitude, the survey feedback in section 3 by Supabase, and the advertising information in section 4 by Google, each for the purposes described.

6. Deleting Your Data

You can delete all workout records immediately with "Settings → Reset data" in the App. Deleting the App removes all data stored on your device together with the anonymous identifier. If you would like anonymous statistics or survey feedback that was already sent to be deleted, please contact us at the email below.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not designed for children. In regions where applicable law requires consent for ads, we do not display ads; elsewhere we use only restricted (non-personalized) ad serving.

8. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will announce it on this page.
