LOG ABS 개인정보 처리방침

LOG ABS(이하 "앱")는 회원가입·로그인이 없고 서버를 두지 않습니다. 운동 기록·몸 정보·사진은 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며, 운영자는 이 정보를 받거나 볼 수 없습니다. 운영자가 받는 것은 2항의 익명 사용 통계뿐입니다.

1. 기기에만 저장하는 정보

• 몸 정보: 성별, 키, 몸무게. 운동 사진(남성·여성)과 기록 표시에 씁니다.
• 운동 설정: 단계(초급·중급·고급), 운동 빈도, 불편한 곳(허리·목·어깨), 음성·진동 설정.
• 운동 기록: 날짜, 동작별 버틴 시간·횟수, 운동 시간, 강도 답, 동작별 목표.
• 식단 체크: 날짜별로 지킨 규칙(최대 3개).
• 배 사진(선택): "내 복근"에서 직접 찍거나 고른 사진. 앱 문서 폴더에만 저장하고, 업로드하지 않으며, 기록 내보내기에도 넣지 않습니다.

앱을 지우면 위 정보도 함께 지워집니다. 설정 › 기록 내보내기로 운동 기록을 직접 파일로 옮길 수 있고, 이때 어디로 보낼지는 사용자가 고릅니다.

2. 외부로 보내는 정보: 익명 사용 통계

앱을 고치는 데 쓰려고, App Store 에서 받은 앱에서만 익명 사용 통계를 분석 서비스 Amplitude(Amplitude, Inc., 미국)로 보냅니다. 테스트용 빌드에서는 보내지 않습니다.

• 보내는 것: 설치할 때 앱이 만든 무작위 식별자(기기·광고 식별자가 아닙니다), 앱 버전, 기기의 언어·지역 설정, 앱 사용 기록(앱 열기, 첫 실행 단계, 운동 시작·끝과 운동 시간·세트 수, 강도 답, 결제 화면·구매 결과·오퍼 코드 이름, 식단 체크·사진 추가·알림 허용 여부, 설정 변경), 그리고 단계·운동 빈도·불편한 곳·성별·멤버십 여부.
• 보내지 않는 것: 이름·이메일 같은 계정 정보, 키·몸무게, 배 사진, 동작별 운동 기록 내용, 광고 식별자. 위치 정보도 보내지 않습니다(통신 과정에서 Amplitude 가 IP 주소를 받을 수는 있습니다).
• 이 통계는 특정한 사람과 연결하지 않고, 광고나 다른 회사 데이터와 엮어 추적하는 데 쓰지 않습니다. 앱에는 광고·추적 도구가 없습니다.
• 앱을 지우면 무작위 식별자도 지워지고, 다시 설치하면 새 식별자로 시작합니다.

3. 결제

멤버십 구독 결제는 Apple App Store 가 처리합니다. 운영자는 카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 받지 않으며, 앱은 Apple 이 기기에 알려 주는 구독 유효 여부만 확인합니다.

4. 권한

• 카메라·사진: "내 복근"에 사진을 추가할 때만 묻습니다. 거부해도 다른 기능은 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다.
• 알림: 첫 운동을 마친 뒤에 묻습니다. 운동하는 날 저녁 알림과 특가가 정가로 바뀌기 3일 전 알림을 기기 안에서 예약합니다(서버 없음).

5. 아동

앱은 만 14세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

LOG ABS Privacy Policy

LOG ABS (the "App") has no sign-up, no login and no server. Your workout records, body info and photos stay on your device, and we cannot receive or see them. The only thing we receive is the anonymous usage statistics described in section 2.

1. Stored only on your device

• Body info: gender, height and weight. Used to choose the workout photos (male or female) and to show your records.
• Workout settings: level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced), how often you work out, areas of discomfort (lower back, neck, shoulders), voice and haptics.
• Workout records: date, hold time or reps per exercise, workout time, your effort answer and per-exercise goals.
• Diet checks: the rules you kept each day (up to 3).
• Ab photos (optional): photos you take or choose in My Abs. They are kept in the App's documents folder, never uploaded, and not included in exports.

Deleting the App deletes this data. You can export your records yourself from Settings › Export history, and you choose where the file goes.

2. Data sent off your device: anonymous usage statistics

To improve the App, copies downloaded from the App Store send anonymous usage statistics to the analytics service Amplitude (Amplitude, Inc., USA). Test builds do not send anything.

• What is sent: a random identifier the App creates at install (not a device or advertising identifier), app version, your device language and region settings, usage events (app opens, onboarding steps, workout start and finish with duration and number of sets, intensity answers, paywall views, purchase results and offer code names, whether you checked a diet rule, added a photo or allowed notifications, settings changes), and your level, workout frequency, areas of discomfort, gender and membership status.
• What is not sent: account details such as name or email, height and weight, your belly photos, the details of each exercise in your workout records, or advertising identifiers. Location is not sent either (Amplitude may receive your IP address as part of the network connection).
• These statistics are not linked to you as a person and are not used to track you across ads or other companies' data. The App contains no advertising or tracking SDKs.
• Deleting the App deletes the random identifier; a reinstall starts with a new one.

3. Payments

Membership subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store. We never receive your payment details; the App only checks whether your subscription is active, as reported by Apple on your device.

4. Permissions

• Camera and Photos: asked only when you add a photo in My Abs. Everything else works if you decline.
• Notifications: asked after your first workout. Workout-day reminders in the evening and a reminder 3 days before an introductory price ends are scheduled on the device (no server).

5. Children

The App is not directed to children under 14.

LOG ABS（以下稱「本 App」）不需註冊、不需登入，也沒有伺服器。你的訓練紀錄、身體資料與照片只存在你的裝置中，我們無法取得或查看。我們只會收到第 2 項所說的匿名使用統計。

1. 只存在裝置中的資料

• 身體資料：性別、身高、體重，用於選擇運動照片（男性或女性）與顯示紀錄。
• 運動設定：階段（初級、中級、高級）、運動頻率、不舒服的部位（腰、脖子、肩膀）、語音與震動。
• 運動紀錄：日期、各動作撐住的秒數或次數、運動時間、強度回答、各動作目標。
• 飲食打勾：每天做到的規則（最多 3 條）。
• 腹肌照片（選填）：你在「我的腹肌」拍攝或選擇的照片。只存在本 App 的文件資料夾，不會上傳，也不包含在匯出的紀錄中。

刪除 App 時，以上資料也會一併刪除。你可以在 設定 › 匯出紀錄 自行匯出運動紀錄，檔案要傳到哪裡由你決定。

2. 傳送到外部的資料：匿名使用統計

為了改善本 App，只有從 App Store 下載的版本會把匿名使用統計傳送到分析服務 Amplitude（Amplitude, Inc.，美國）。測試版本不會傳送。

• 會傳送：安裝時由本 App 產生的隨機識別碼（不是裝置或廣告識別碼）、App 版本、裝置的語言與地區設定、使用紀錄（開啟 App、首次設定步驟、開始與完成訓練及其時間與組數、強度回答、付費畫面與購買結果、優惠代碼名稱、是否勾選飲食、新增照片、允許通知、變更設定），以及階段、運動頻率、不舒服的部位、性別與會員狀態。
• 不會傳送：姓名、電子郵件等帳號資料、身高與體重、腹部照片、每個動作的訓練紀錄內容、廣告識別碼。也不會傳送位置資訊（連線時 Amplitude 可能會收到你的 IP 位址）。
• 這些統計不會連結到特定個人，也不會用於結合廣告或其他公司資料的追蹤。本 App 不含任何廣告或追蹤工具。
• 刪除本 App 時隨機識別碼也會一併刪除，重新安裝後會以新的識別碼開始。

3. 付款

會員訂閱由 Apple App Store 處理。我們不會取得你的付款資料，本 App 只確認 Apple 在裝置上回報的訂閱是否有效。

4. 權限

• 相機與照片：只在「我的腹肌」新增照片時詢問。拒絕後其他功能仍可正常使用。
• 通知：完成第一次訓練後詢問。運動日傍晚的提醒，以及優惠價結束前 3 天的提醒，都在裝置上排程（無伺服器）。

5. 兒童

本 App 不以未滿 14 歲的兒童為對象。
